I created The Cleanse to help women to replace feelings of overwhelm with feelings of empowerment and excitement to make true change for themselves and their loved ones.

I have been running it seasonally for 11 years, and it has changed the lives of hundreds of people. It has become, for many, the start of a new way of living and I know that, with commitment, the same can be true for you.

The Cleanse is a world away from faddy diets of the past and is created with the motivation of empowering you to make changes that you can, and will, integrate into your life for keeps.

The Cleanse will start in May 2023.

I have been growing my own food to some extent since 2010, and my passion for organic veggies goes back another decade beyond that. I will always remember visiting the most amazing organic beach side markets in America with my Aunt, and just feeling at home, and knowing this was right!

Meeting organic farmers has always been a great joy for me. Learning how they care for the land, and the pride they take in the greater picture of their work: from what we take home to nourish our bodies with, right to the environmental, and even spiritual impact they are having in the world.

As 2020 hit and I experienced for the first time not being able to easily access the abundance of organic veggies I was used to, it hit me the importance of truly being able to grow what my family needed to thrive.

We took a week of work and, with our children who we homeschool, we completely transformed our very standard garden into the kitchen garden of my dreams.

I don’t mess around when it comes to passing on knowledge to others; especially when times are as they are. So I quickly began to teach other women to do as I was. Grow will be the culmination (ever evolving) of this knowledge. 12 months of self-study and community.

More than ever people are realising the importance of connecting back to the land, and what Mother Nature provides for us.

An abundance of nourishing and delicious foods are all around us: I can’t go anywhere these days without spotting something I could take home for dinner. What I love too is that my children are able to identify as much as me!

I am passionate about teaching what I have learnt to others, and so I am creating a month by month self-study course for women to have the information they need to also learn to forage themselves. Community is key to me in every aspect of my work, and as such there will be an online space for sharing your journey with foraging, and asking for tips, as you go.

One of my biggest areas of growth over the past two decades has been learning to surrender in my intimate relationships. It is also the work that has brought me the most peace.

Women today have grown up in a world that has modelled to them the need to control every aspect of our lives. As a result we are left exhausted, and our relationships are out of balance and in turn dysfunctional.

History has taught us to be this way, because otherwise we are suppressed and abused. On top of this, the feminist movement brought us the equal human rights we deserve, but it also left us feeling we needed to be ‘equal’ in every area of life to men.

However in working/being pushed to be equal, we have forgotten that whilst our value in society, and in the home, is without doubt equal to that of men, it is not, and should not be the same! We have lost our true essence. We have lost ourselves. And in turn our men have also lost their way.

We exist in relationships today that are not what the natural order of things intended for us. When we step into rediscovering our feminine, and surrendering to her, and in turn to our masculine counterpart, then the true pairing of souls can occur. Together we can journey alongside one another in life, in harmony, achieving greatness.

I am still on this journey myself, and suspect I always will be, as there is thousands of years to unpick. I call you though to take what I have learnt so far, and journey with me forward.

I am someone who, I am grateful to say, women feel comfortable opening themselves to with vulnerability and conviction. I worked as a 121 health coach for 4 years, and then more and more moved into business coaching, but so often the conversations have opened up into relationships (family, intimate, friends), self-worth, belief systems, sex...of course it is all interwoven in terms of us stepping into the truest version of ourselves, so it is no surprise. I also have a wealth of knowledge in technology systems and processes.

Through experience of coaching and mentoring women for the last decade I have repeatedly seen that despite many women working hard (in terms of time they put into their businesses and or creating change in their personal lives, living a life they truly want for themselves) they often don't achieve their goals.

Women would ask me what was the key to my success and I always struggled to give them a formula. I wanted to but I couldn't find the words that would tell them exactly how to do it.

And then it hit me, a light bulb just switched on inside of me: that is because the formula for each of us is unique. I was, and am, successful in my business, and I live a life in full alignment with myself, because I am fully standing in my authenticity in everything I do.

I know myself deeply, and I refuse to compromise. I attract exactly who and what is meant for me, and this feels joyful and ultimately leads to the abundance I desire in my life, and know I am worthy of.

And I know you can experience this too. You might not yet, but I know it, and together we are going to work it out.
