The Cleanse

A 31 day self study programme

Release old beliefs about food and your body, so you can open to new realities.

You can be free from the constant struggles with knowing how to truly nourish your body, but also importantly, from the struggle of finding it in yourself to want to in the first place.

With the right foundations around nutrition and lifestyle you can experience increased energy, both physically and in terms of your energetic output.

Over this 31 day experience, you will uncover and reveal the truth of who you are. Once all the layers of low energy, brain fog and low vibrational habits, have been taken away you will see and feel the difference in incredibly positive ways.

I encourage you to dive in, heart open, because this is something special and I’m looking forward to welcoming you.

31 days to create change that will last you a lifetime…

People are waking up to the fact that true health cannot be outsourced, but instead is founded on the daily choices we make for ourselves. From what foods we eat, how much sleep we get, our stress levels, our water intake, our toxic overload and much more. However, despite this growing knowledge, many are confused and unsure of how to move forward for themselves and their families.

Many women struggle with:

  • Low energy

  • Lack of mental clarity

  • Low libido

  • Low mood

  • Lack of motivation

  • Lack of purpose

You do not have to live with this.

I created The Cleanse to help women replace feelings of overwhelm with feelings of empowerment. I want you to make true change for yourself and your loved ones. For many, this is the start of a new way of eating, a reframed way thinking about your body and a revived way of living.

If followed with the right level of commitment then I am confident it can be the same for you too.

Not a diet - a way of living

Rather than introducing you to a new diet, one that you start with enthusiasm, but which soon quickly passes, my desired outcome for you is that you make changes that you can, and will want, to continue for the long haul.

Once you master the foundational nutritional elements, and start to uncover the deep rooted myths that have been holding you back, then you can move forward and live the life that you are here to live.

You will grow in confidence, live more healthily and at a higher natural vibration. This in turn will attract things into your life that will see you living, in truth and alignment.

This is not a quick fix detox, but instead a new approach to your diet, your cupboards, your body and your mindset, so you can move forward in a positive, sustainable way, to improve your health for the long run.

What will you receive?

Over the 31 days, we will focus on:

  • How to get the fundamentals our body needs, in the form of healthy fats, clean proteins and plenty of nutrient rich foods (vegetables!) into our diets

  • In turn, how to cut out the nasty refined, processed foods (including, of course, sugars) that don’t serve us at all

  • Connect in to what it is to be a woman in today’s world, and find the space and the tools to manage our hormones and all the wondrous opportunities that come with our cyclical nature (whether you are menstruating or not)

  • How to reduce toxicity in the home: in our hygiene, beauty and cleaning products

  • Consciousness around food (because we can learn all about the right foods, but unless we have a change in mindset, any changes we make won’t be sustainable)

I have been running The Cleanse for 11 years live, and it has changed the lives of hundreds of others. It is now available as a self study programme so you can start anytime you like.

The messages I received afterwards reminded me why it was so important…

  • Is The Cleanse something you would recommend to other women?

Yes. Because we all get caught up in life and put ourselves second to our children. This cleanse gives the opportunity to take good care of ourselves, love our amazing bodies and to make self care a priority. I have already told many friends about it.

  • Is The Cleanse something you would recommend to other women?

Yes. It’s a unique and intimate way to connect with like minded women, to learn from one another, to go on a journey that’s way beyond just food :) And it’s original and heart centred, not like an online resource normally might be ! Thanks again Rochelle . My two friends didn’t quite make this one but hopefully the next ?! They have no idea what they’re missing :)) Anyway I’ll be there . Thank you!

  • Is The Cleanse something you would recommend to other women?

Yes for the varied content around food groups, personal experiences and tips for levelling up.

  • Is The Cleanse something you would recommend to other women?

Yes! Because it is foundational learning and it’s easy to build-on and sustainable.

  • Is The Cleanse something you would recommend to other women?

Absolutely! This information is important to every woman. It’s made me think about how I can share it more. Would definitely recommend the cleanse …. And I raved about it while I was doing it! Thank you so much Rochelle.

  • Is The Cleanse something you would recommend to other women?

Yes, definitely. It's easy to follow, with bite-sized chunks of information each day (not too much to take in at once), very comprehensive, and the recipes are delicious. It could be a game-changer for someone, or at least make them think more seriously about their health.

  • Is The Cleanse something you would recommend to other women?

Definitely, because eating well brings so much joy and happiness to life.

Yes - because it just cuts out the bullsh*t from traditional weightloss/diet groups, and really changes your thinking and connection to food.

  • Is The Cleanse something you would recommend to other women?

Definitely! Fun to do these things in a group. Women might need convincing that it’s not about food restrictions or taking loads of green powders! (Which it really isn’t!)

  • Is The Cleanse something you would recommend to other women?

Yes. I told quite a few friends about it this time as I was joining for the second time and had a bit of an idea of what to expect. I feel like many of my friends could benefit from the information, from taking this time to look after themselves and for putting their health first.

  • Is The Cleanse something you would recommend to other women?

Definitely! I’m always advising friends and family about their health and well-being but don’t have the amazing knowledge that Rochelle does.

The knowledge that I share with The Cleanse Community has also changed my life.

I truly believe that becoming informed and reducing as many toxins in my life as possible, laid the foundations for me to build my dream business, parent my children in a way that completely aligns with my values, have more intimate and meaningful connection with my husband, have a deeper connection to nature, and a deep love and gratitude for my body (in a way I would never before have believed possible).
